• Upgrade 2 production IVRs

• Upgrade test Voice mail (DT 2.1 but Dtmail 1.6)

• Upgrade 3 prod voice mail systems to DT 2.1 but keep Dtmail at 1.6

• Dec 1998 - hope to go to new SSI version of DT and Dt mail
