Biophysics and Physiological Modeling
Welcome to the modules homepage for the Biophysics and Physiological Modeling Project. The latest versions of the modules, instructor guides and other resources are listed below. If you, or your students, find any errors in the modules, instructor guides or other resources please let me know - I’d love to hear from you. The modules have been tested in my biophysics classes and the version numbers reflect revisions that have been made. The instructor guides are new, so if you have any corrections or suggestions for how they can be improved - please let me know via email.

Evaluation
If you use these modules as part of this Beta test, I'd like you to evaluate the modules, their effectiveness in producing student learning gains and then provide feedback. Below is a link to an evaluation tool that I'm going to try. If you have another preferred tool or methodology, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Please consider this as an active learning experience for us all. If you have suggestions about how to improve this material or the process of disseminating it - please let me know. I’m currently working on more materials, if you’re interested in seeing draft versions, please email me.
I'm also looking for collaborators who are interested in evaluating these materials as an example of how science education projects evolve and how to determine student learning benefits from curricular changes. If you are interested in collaborating on a Research Coordination Networks - Targeted Undergraduate Biology Education track (RCN-UBE) proposal, please email me.Useful stuff
- Dr. Pete's useful stuff (v.1.8) (26 kB pdf)
